Ian Barter Ian is a musician, song writer and composer. He distinguished himself at an early age as a King’s College Chorister by being the first person in the history of the BBC to sing for two years running the solo, ‘Once in Royal David’s City’ during the Christmas concert of Nine Carols and Lessons. His musicianship (flute, piano, keyboard, drums and guitar) has served him well as Worship Leader at Holy Trinity Brompton and a Musical Director in the POP world. He became a Christian while at Marlborough College through hearing the testimony of Ian McCormack, a New Zealand evangelist whose personal testimony is truly amazing A Glimpse of Eternity. Today, Ian’s work is mainly composing and creating music for radio and TV commercials. Recently he has completed assignments for Coca Cola and Orange. He is pictured here with his son, Benjamin.
